Rachel Lewis

Rachel is the Business Development and Client Retention Manager at HR | BIZZ, with over six years of experience in business development and human resources. She focuses on the happiness and success of our clients while working diligently to expand our network. Her areas of expertise include onboarding development, benefits administration, and employee relations. She takes a holistic, people-centric approach to her work to help organizations reach their goals by implementing strong and effective HR solutions.

Rachel attended Washington State University where she double majored in International Business and Marketing. After discovering her passion for HR, she later went on to earn her designation as a Society for Human Resource Management Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) to grow and diversify her skills. In her free time, Rachel enjoys cooking, reading, and exploring the great outdoors with her husband and Golden Retriever.
